EA Classic games on steam and on sale right now

as per the title, a bunch of classic EA games are now on steam.

probably mostly nostalgia trips in most cases (myself inculded) as some are a bit clunky by todays standards, but some are really good as-is too.

id recommend checking out The Saboteur and C&C Generals for anyone who hasnt played them.

Alpha Centauri is an amazing game too, especially in the world building aspect of it, but it is very clunky compared to modern Civ games.

Doesn't seem to be required at all for most of these classic games. So far I've run a couple of Command and Conquer games and Populous without any EA client interferring.

Boy would I love to get these, too bad EA is on my blacklist going on idk 6-8 years now for telling me that my game I bought can only ever be installed on a single computer at a time. And if I don't have access to the old computer, tough luck.

Really? Within the T&C at the bottom of the pages of some of the games, it mentions 'ONLINE AUTHENTICATION' required? I don't play online, but do you need anything for single, such as the game 'Command & Conquer™ 3: Kane’s Wrath'?

I'm so confused with all this nonsense.

Sorry folks, no matter how hard I try (which is admittedly not very hard, because why bother), I can't think of Sim City as an E.A. franchise. Maxis 4 ever!

Also, where are E.A's. 16 bit sports games?
