If I don't know its filler, usually yes.
I have watched Golden Wind knowing that it would have been crap (since I had already read the manga) ONLY to support the development of Stone Ocean (I have watched it on legal streaming sites watching the advertisemnts)
If only I knew better I would have not wasted my time with that Golden Wind piece of awful ♥♥♥♥ that already ruined my mood way too much in manga form.
The adaption by David production of it was even better than I expected I must admit (if only it was the opposite, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ adaption for Golden Wind and masterpiece adaption for Stone Ocean, it would have been perfect!!!!!), but in the case of that stupid annoying filler the problem is the disastrous source material that just suck.
>:( Bleach had the best fillers
Says the guy using name and avatar of character from probably the most anime bit of media in a decade. And as it's a noncanon spinoff, it's filler, too.
Thankfully it does not matter because thankfully it has no consequences at all and it is completely meaningless and forgettable, if you skip it you don't even notice that you are missing something which is the best thing I can say about part 5, thankfully it does not affect anything else.
