Sure, it has "Spironolactone" listed, but a lot of other things too. Yet not others like "Estradiol benzoate" are listed, etc.

I say "alarming" but to be honest I am not even a little bit surprised. Things that mess with the natural order generally tend to cause cancer.
Vaping is less harmful than smoking, when it comes to cancer.
CBD oil (from weed, if legal in your country/state) actually has the reverse effect as a chemical in it tends to attack cancer cells and destroys them, but leaves the healthy ones alone.
