I mean give an AI in the level of AGI or Singularity those tools + green light to kill humans.

For example AI is being used in the Israel - Palestine war for targetting buildings & vehicles, and so far the collateral damage is nightmarish. I don't want to imagine the level of civilians casualties in the case AGi / Singularity gets a green light.
