The rest may all be good at making sure stuff doesn't stick to your pan when cooking but pour that out elsewhere when you retrieve the food from that pan. But you can have as much(within reason) olive oil as you want and its tasty.
other seeds have issues
never reuse oil
like dont heat oil then let it cool off then heat it again because thats how u make transfats
Yes. I have pancreatitis and I could easily die.
peanut for medium heat
olive oil for low heat / ev for serving (total waste to cook with evoo 95% of the time)
It burns quickly as it has a low smoke point so yes it can be used but I would suggest you don't use it like other more obvious oils.
Use a regular rape oil, veg or sunflower oil (regular name in the UK) but use it wisely in one of those one-shot bottles or a vaporiser bottle where it can be squirted on your food manually.
Air Fryers are popular of course for reducing oil consumption.
Olive oil I would use for light use with asparagus and sugar snap peas etc.
I'll have a plate of that then
tbh once you go air frying you never go back. Same with smoked grilled or oven baked
I prefer sunflower cooking oil.
