Canola oil (in my opinion) is a better alternative if you really have to go for cheap. Just don't fry with it if you can help it.
Bad (cheap) oils clog your arteries and inflame the gut; if you're actively negating your gut microbiome with a poor diet, then it doesn't really matter how much exercise you do because you won't fully benefit from the 'healthy aspect' of exercise due to a poor dietary imbalance.
To fully reap the benefits of regular physical activity, a lot of it has to do with practicing 'healthy' moderated dieting. This includes what type of cooking oils you use and how much you use them.
Also, I'm not going to fully divulge on how partaking in moderate exercise every day is going to impact your results when you're not allowing your damaged muscle cells to rebuild. I can only heavily suspect that you've read a lot of this broscience from the mainstream fitness industry.
