Why are there so many priests that are child molesters?

Why so many doctors, teachers, volunteer aids, etc? Because fallible people living in such darkness who pursue such evil typically find positions of power in order to take advantage & gain access to victims.

No, I swear every second day you see some priest that got exposed for molesting kids, I DON'T understand how such devoted people, that been in the trade for 30 years, are so evil, shouldn't their own god they believe in, like, punish them?

Evil and good are entirely subjective terms in of themselves, what one religion may call good, another calls evil. Personally I'll keep walking through every Torii gate I come across till I find a spirit to speak to.

You are an educated man. I can't recall your area[s] of expertise or life experience. Explaining my faith to a nonbeliever is akin to explaining astrophysics to someone without full comprehension of it. You know doctrine, yes but you cannot hold to what is and can only be spiritually discerned.

I've studied your faith far more than most people of your faith. For historical reasons, no religious reasons. But that gives me a pretty wide perspective and makes sense of a lot of the ins and outs people of faith don't even often think about.

Like, do you know why the number 7 is sacred? It has more to do with Base 60 than anything religious.

One-on-one, sure it's okay. In the long run: Why can't I ever get someone of faith to give me any answers?

I would have less of a problem of things if you people were more honest about the God you represent. I don't know where this "All loving" thing come from because that's not what's in The Bible. God straight up tells you himself he doesn't like some people. And some people who would have otherwise have come to him he has hardened their hearts against him. What's that about?

This religion is absolutely failed, when the ones that worship it the most, turn out they can commit heinous acts and face no retribution from their supposed "god" they're so fond of.

There are people who do heinous things who claim to be christian, buddhist, muslim, atheist, agnostic, hindu, jewish, etc. Claiming to be a part of some religious group doesn't mean actually being part of it or living by its teachings.

That's why I'm pointing out, that CHRISTIAN PRIESTS are the biggest threat to kids. It's not just regular folk, IT'S the literal devoted followers. If they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on their religion to such an extent, what does this say about their convinction?
