Though most things I like are always helped by herbs like thyme and rosemary.
chili powder
curry powder
pepper
basil
Salt is not a spice nor a herb. Try again.
What I use a lot is italian herb mixes and fresh parsley, basil and such.
I also like some spicy stuff sometimes and love coriander as well as cumin and curucuma.
In a nut shell, there is no herb or spice I dont own.
Anyway, as far as cooking goes, I'm a huge fan of Cumin and Curry (not together, but like, as the primary spice in any dish). I also love anything that's got a good kick to it too.
BBQ dry rubs are great as well as I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce, too messy.
Holy basil.
Dill.
Prik Kee Noo Suan pepper.
I also typically use turmeric in a lot of stuff, but rhizomes are too much work to do myself.

I haven't tried saffron yet, but it is the most valuable by weight. I just planted some saffron bulbs last fall, and they flowered just before Christmas. I think I will harvest a few next fall since I didn't want to tax the plant.
Peter Schickele passed away last month and I'm just learning it now.

Saffron is weird tbh. IDK how to describe it. A lot of people seem to experience it's taste as something different depending on the person.
For me it's kinda... IDK, like tangy. It's not tangy but it's hard to pin.
The chef I worked under thought it tasted like mushrooms and musk. A few co-workers thought it tasted sweet.
I use garlic powder and black pepper with both as well, though I never mix the chili powder and the Italian seasoning together. That just, wouldn't go together. lol.
How sad.
