Maybe you should just learn a bit about time zones. Germany is only 6 hours ahead of the US. When it is 12PM in Bonn, it is 6 AM in New York. Your premise of time is way off.

Yep but i like to stay up late when i can (i make sure i get about 8-9h sleep per day it's important for recovery for what i do)
or as i did today - i did go to bed early and just got up at 3am to study/learn for an exam today
