I prefer air coolers. Less points of failure. Besides, water still has radiators which require fans, so it's not like it helps in that regard. Since I prefer air, my go to brand is Noctua. Expensive, sure, but you get what you pay for.

I'm using a water cooler rn but it's quite loud so I'm looking for something quiet but strong in performance

My Noctua dual heatsink has like 50,000 hours on it and still quiet as day one.
