I take it you don't have a neighboring community that is beat up because a bunch of young women are coerced into having extra money, free healthcare and more boyfriends over a stable home life for their children. So that impacts men who were simply screwed over by an ignorant and greedy women who slipped into become a product of their environment. Hindering both his and their child/children's development, Sorry to say, but certain cities in certain states hates working families. They love child support cases and broken homes. Case workers literally manipulate mothers.
