Nay. You usually eat it with white bread and white bread is not good for you.
Also I don`t like the stickiness and texture.

thanks, ill have to try that next time, i dont get hiccups much anymore tho, although i now get them eating too much spicy things

I'll get them sometimes when i drink something really cold and when holding my breath don't work i go for a spoonful of peanut butter. Any kind will work don't have to be organic.

I like "Gif's,"pronounced "jifs," "Natural" Peanut Butter. The "Natural" part probably means it has less salt, lead, and DDT, than other types.

it actually means they used organic peanuts alongside inorganic ingredients. the peanuts were left over from their organic line.

I like Kraft Extra Creamy peanut butter but well get the regular one when the store doesn't have extra creamy

the brand I like in the 1990's was squirrel peanut butter, it was discontinued and or merged with another brand

its possible too to melt it/ warming it up, and useing it as paste/ sauce for chicken <.<* super delicious imo (like in an asian restaurant or bar for chicken)
