What is your bodyfat percentage?
And what would you want it to be if different?

I think I looked pretty fat at 24.5% last Autumn. Its down to 14.5% now but I'm not sure if I should reduce it further or go on a bulk.

It's not constant but I stay between 10% - 15%.
Less than that and I'm a very mean person

No idea.

I haven't had a doctor check it for over two decades now.

They were probably afraid to offend a patient and get sued.

I do not know or care, actually. But, i do not think it is a bad decision to be interested in it. Just that i care more of my overall weight.

The only fat worth measuring is around a woman's thighs and booty.

If I use the body fat calculator I'm either under 10% or under 13% (depending on which calculator). However (I think) those calculators are trash as it doesn't take into consideration the muscle weight vs fat weight.

Either way I'm probably in the "Athlete" range which is 3%-14% approximately (different sources show different percentages). :hp_kyanna:

Doctors rarely have resources beyond a bodyfat calculator, and you're as lucky if they take into account your width when calculating (there's no standards for this, just guesstimation) as you are if they avoid your muscles while using calipers.

I wonder what will your result be in a DEXA scan.
For people with less muscle the navy body fat calculator is also pretty accurate in estimating bf

I can see my toes when I stand up and look down, so it must be within normal limits.

~13% apparently. Though I doubt the formulas for this are all that accurate overall.
