That was in informative read OP. However, by posting this info I think you should Google for the definition of irony.
Truth.
Ooh an ambiguous statement. How bold! You're either claiming I'm happy because I'm not ignorant or claiming I'm very ignorant and should be happy because of that. Amazing. So smart~!
This made me smile, my grandma used to go on and on about politics and nuclear weapons and the evils of this thing and that thing.
So I had to take an interest in world affairs from like first school.
several years of this and she asked me what worried me about the world so I said nukes, famine etc etc all the things we been talking about for years.
She said well I asked your sister this and she said absolutely nothing and in a magazine i read it said if the child has nothing to worry about they are truly happy.
- so you made me miserable about the state of the world and my sister who at that time knew little about the world is the shining example :/
Still it made me appreciate Reagan all the more (my grandma hated Reagan).
People don't know more now, they just think they do.
Agree 100%
Then ignorance is only bliss, because some people are ignorant. Which then means ignorance is the cause of the problems, or rather the sad part really...
