No, that's a common myth. The male seahores just keeps the eggs in its pouch. It never is technically pregnant.

As a male, I can confirm I never had that desire.. However, out of my female friends, some of them hate babies (like straight away no questions asked) whereas there are some others who just love babies and would one day want to have some of their own (just not now). So I believe it depends from person to person

No, I have never wanted to be pregnant. I did impregnate a young lady in the past though.
