i ahve seen a few post here that hate the fact that so many adults are playing games that dont contain adult content.

So here is this post.

a mature specimen of an species is and enjoys playing its a sing of high intelegence, this has been proven many times. just google it.

mature content in games can (not allways tho) be unheathy for some. gore, extreeme violence, harsh language can make a person feel unsafe even when he is an adult.
being safe is one of the basic human needs.

so stop posting toxic hypermasulane posts aboat games taht arent gory or violent being just for kids. :)

youre supose to enjoy youre life in youre unique way, not be told how to enjoy it. :)

It's definitely fine for adults to play games.

It shouldn't be a priority though and if you're spending 3+ hours a day on video games, you've set it as a priority.

If you're posting here you're preaching to the choir for the mostpart. I don't know why somebody would use the steam forums if they don't play video games, and a dissenter who plays video games can only fall into one of two categories: Hypocrites and children too young to know what older folks should be doing with their spare time.

I'm 52 and have been playing video games since 1978/79. The first video game I played was table top pong in a family friendly bar when I was aged 8 or so. I'm happily married been with the same woman for 20 years but we have no kids which brings me to concerned parents who are anti-violence or gore in video games, have a look on your own kids phones! see what filth they have on them. Not just porn but going out to target and torture locals in the area some who may be vulnerable, get it all on video for sick kicks to spread around.

Well when they mess with the wrong person one who can turn it around onto them they're not so hard or tough. I can testify it's hoods up and they try and slink off unidentifiable. Too late I've it all on camera myself. Over the ages of 12 they're criminally liable and it's classed as battery.


'But the kids were just playing' tell that to the cops. Video games don't turn them into scumbag wannabee OG's it's social media that does it and crappy parenting.
