If you're having trouble following the discussion, feel free to say so.
My point remains: family is fine, but random adults should not be allowed to mix with children.
I hope you have a good day, as this conversation feels unproductive, and I’d prefer not to continue
The same could be said with Fortnite, CS2, Dota2/LoL, etc etc..
Many games are full of children.
I am some people enjoy eating fastfood with random children in the same joint, as them...
The point I am trying to put across, is that age is not really important, as it is merely a game.. nobody would care if this was chess online or even in a club... (it is rather normal that there are teens playing it with the adults) the same could be said for many hobbies...
Parents are the ones that should remember to teach their kids on how to act on the internet and when to not engage in ie. chatting.
It is not hard.
and ppl just throw their children on the internet, to.have free time for themselves.
at least until 13 they should not be allowed to game with complete strangers
So does many of the games I listed.
Obviously many of the adults that play Roblox, does not play the same games in there as the youngest tbh.. there are so many different games, it would basically be like claiming only kids play games on steam, because they play some kids game here on a parental account with various filters on it.
10-13 year olds play everything form chess to dart with adults ie. and even win against the adults in some cases.
I really can´t see an issue in most cases here... if we talked about some more mature games and where communication were key, then sure.. it would be an issue in my opinion, if parents let their 8 year old join such games.. but I am yet to see that.
A adult playing some (insert popular roblox game) with pre teens, teens, young adults and even old people.. who cares.
but u have chat in those games too. and they communicate.
thats it on my end, it should be regulated imo, like china does
otherwise children tend to end up with traumas and other mental issues.
at least i have seen enough of such cases to want it to be regulated more strictly
You can also filter many other things.
I think there is a higher chance/risk that pre teens are stressed in school and at home due to massive regulations and social pressure, than because they played a roblox game with you op.
like the kids next door kicking out children when they become teenagers
