once you made your cake, you can't leave it out there for more than a few days before it spoils, so it has to be eaten or thrown away, either way the cake is a lie after that. xD

I recommend baking paper and an expandable cake tray (one that unlocked and expanded upon completion of baking). It saves a lot of headaches and lowers the use of grease/oils.

My personal choice for decorations is tempered chocolate, icing and shredded coconut flakes (for chocolate).
