yeah, it was cool but scary. those windows under yourlegs oof, and going over the ountain side in british columbia, the air current slides like a sheet of wind pushing you. scaree feeling.

Yes I am. It was a pleasant experience. It’s like a plane but instead of going forward very very fast you basically just lift up.

Yes and it was loud without the headphones......... They block some of that rotor noise but it was fun and not cheap so only did it one time

Yea primarily the ch46 and ch53 but quite a few rides in the uh60 as well. We were a heli unit with our primary means of travel and insertion being the helicopter via fastrope most of the time. Combat maneuvers in a helicopter will make many men sick as a dog. You don't get the same g forces as fixed wing, but its rough. I don't really enjoy flying anymore. I def don't go to theme parks for the tummy jumps.
