Oh yes sir. It's certainly the largest game right now. Big thanks to Thor, Asmon, and the rest of the crew for helping make it such a wild success. Without shills like them, they would never have got the media coverage.

Its a world where everything runs slower but has higher resolution, only in Europe.

I am thinking buying it on my main, it looks pretty cool :)
Palworld is:

"Fight, farm, build and work alongside mysterious creatures called "Pals" in this completely new multiplayer, open world survival and crafting game!

Single-player

Online Co-op

Steam Achievements

Steam Cloud"

And disingenuous with its marketing.

It's like Ark+Conan Exiles with pokemon legends of arceus catching mechanics to capture creatures known as pals. You can have(or force) these pals work at your base and can even ride some. Also, you can catch people.

It's basically Pokemon if Nintendo might have tried to evolve the formula they've been using since 1996.

Someone was bound to come along and do it for them.

So it's a slavery simulator? :Owlcat_suspecting:

I wouldn't say basically, yeah the pals and catching mechanics are similar but most of the gameplay is very Conan Exiles. Also, if you compare the technology points menu to Ark's they are very similar as well but it's not the first to do this. Palworld seems to be a stitching together of things that are popular in other games and it just works.

Yeah it took what Pokemon has been doing, mixed it with Ark, and then made a better game than Pokemon has made in a long time.

Honestly I got bored with it pretty quickly, but a lot of people are loving it.

I'd say that's more down Conan Exile's lane (wheel of tortore and all) but it is an option. It's not a very good one though, pals are a lot better for such things since they can actually do stuff like make ingots and wool.
edit: now that I think about it, I think thugs can only guard the base.
