so meat and vegetables are the same thing from different sources.
well you didn't ask me but this is my traditional strongsuit.

So technically, meat and plants are made of the same stuff, just arranged differently.
not really, either the nutrient has a bio-casing that derives from the meat's attempts to make it available, and which is not any more cross-compatiable with human digestion than a vegetable is, or it isn't vegetarian to breathe air.
