Thoughts on The Boys?
Just started watching it and, frankly, it may become my favorite show! It’s a really cool satire on the superhero genre with some really funny moments. Homelander is definitely one of the best villains I’ve seen in a while!

pretty good to be honest
Personally i loved it. I was so sick of the whole superhero era, with all the films and series all doing the same thing, it was getting very tiresome. But The Boys took it a whole new direction, was really refreshing to watch.
Season 1 was pretty good, season 2 it was a little to politically correct for my taste, season 3 was somewhere in between. The spin off was crap, and I have a feeling that it will spill over to a degree in the 4th season since it looks like they might integrate some of those characters into the series.

Every time Homelander appears on screen you can feel the stress rise. Every. Time. Yet, there's still this hope that he's going to do something good.

Truly an amazing show.

More like a Superman that only saves the day because it makes him look good on social media.

That's kind of the point and the nuance to Homelander versus your evil Superman from comics.

Homelander does make one wonder what social media celebrities actually do when the cameras are off though...

"I can do anything I want" is still one of the most iconic scenes in the show.

That and Karl Urban killing a couple of guys with a baby.
