Someone just started following North Korea news yesterday it seems. Until something happens, I'm going to assume it's the same old song and dance where they saber-rattle for a few months and then beg for concessions. Last time Kim pulled something like this back in 2017, he got to meet the US President, giving his regime an air of legitimacy.
