COD dirrector encouraged Brainwashing by the government
https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidthier/2014/10/03/call-of-duty-director-encourages-the-government-to-brainwash-people/

Anthony talked about how "soft targets," like schools, could become more important in future scenarios, and suggested something like a "school marshal" program, where plainclothes soldiers would be specifically assigned to protect schools. But, he said, such an idea would likely generate a backlash. It's situations like that, he says, where the government can learn something from how the private sector sells people on ideas.

“The public won’t like it, they’ll think it’s a police state,” he said. “All of these are solvable problems.” “When we have a new product that has elements that we’re not sure how people will respond to, what do we do as a corporation?” he asked. “We market it, and we market it as much as we can—so that whether people like it or not, we do all the things we can to essentially brainwash people into liking it before it actually comes out.”

This was at a think tank meeting for the Atlantic Council in 2014.

If you are wondering why everything is crap right now, remember to thank the Atlantic Council and Call Of Duty for pushing innovative ways of implementing a police state.

News, no. This is almost 10 years old.

But now we are seeing it in action and it is horrifying.
And most normies have no clue.
They should atleast get a chance to learn about it.

Oh

I assumed it was going to be in the vicinity of the bolded text.

Isn't this a good thing though? CoD makes war and the military look awesome to impressionable young Gen Z's, making them more willing to be drafted or even voluntarily join the military, which is what you want so badly.

Yeah, it's formatted a bit weird.

Actually recruitment numbers are below expectation, which is very good. Younger generations have finally learned a thing or two from the Vietnam war protestors.

However the "police state" part is still going forward, aka business as usual...

Let me quote the relevant part for you since you missed it, Similar to how Devsman missed the brainwashing part.

Are you saying a police state where plain clothes soldiers infiltrate society to report you, academia is controlled, you are brainwashed by invasive marketing, and decent is treated as a potential enemy combatant terror threat is justified so long as military keeps getting recruiting numbers?
How is that working out over 10 years of this playbook?

Don't worry, if there is a draft they will try forcing illegal immigrants first and then throw Gen Z.
Best part about mercinaries as your army only doing it out of threats of Deportation to cartel destabilized areas is when you turn your military on your citizens they have no reason not to do it and no qualms about doing it.

I didn't miss the relevant part, what I missed is how you see this as a bad thing considering how much you cheer for this kind of ♥♥♥♥, but suddenly you're worried now about police or military states?

How much I cheer for this kinda ♥♥♥♥?
Where in my jokes about Gen Z getting Drafted, Jeffrey Epstein being a victim of cyber bullying that was driven to suicide, or using 700 pills of Benadryl to cook chicken is me "CHEERING" for this kind of "♥♥♥♥"?

Rather than arguing with one another over petty team based tribal sides where neither side is good... I am showing EVERYONE what is happening, why it is happening, and who is pushing it as well as the mechanisms being used.

But honestly.... Still think woke Gen Z getting drafted by the woke Gov they tantrumed in the streets for is funny.
No Cap
Fo' Real Fo' Real.

Well, if their objective is to make people interested in joining the military, I don't think this is working. Most COD players don't seem interested in it.

I thought they were already a flag waving propaganda machine, but I also havent played COD, so I dont truly know.
Birds Jan 18, 2024 @ 4:38pm
You're presenting a marketing CEO suggesting that we market nationalism to people as some kind of big innovative never-before-seen thing.

Rather than literally what's already been happening for hundreds of years, being presented as new and novel to trick you into believing it is.
