The biggest cause of depression is abandonment by god. And not finding a new god, in Lord Satan.

And communism is some rich guy at the top wanting all the fruit and nuts, while also owning everything, including the businesses.
Um, no. And I'm also not a communist.

That doesn't make capitalism any less a s__t show.
What he described is pretty much how communism has gone, so yes.

and media in general, especially news and advertising. To much, to omnipresent, to fast, to manipulative (indoctrinative), to idiotic even in places where people only seek recreation.

No, it's not.I'm sorry, but your degree from PragerU doesn't make you an expert on political theory.

And by "how communism has gone" what do you mean? CCP? USSR? Neither of those could be described this way, with the possible exception of USSR under Stalin. Cuba? Maybe, but even there, infant mortality and health coverage rates are exponentially better for poor people in Cuba than the USA, and that's been true for my entire life.

The truth is, you hate communism and don't know what it is.

i think its to do with people in general either not spending enough time with those they care about or maybe too much time with people who dont care about them. idk tbh just a thought.

it could be the way people seem to interact with eachother irl and on here i see it, i mean besides trolls ofc, i mean the arguments start cause people do not respect the thoughts and opinions of others and what i mean is in the way they show that they disagree, you can disagree ofc without sounding or being harsh or a ♥♥♥♥ in some way, by doing so you can have a healthy discussion or maybe learn to see it from both sides.

idk anyway depression is caused by a lot of things if you do feel depressed open up to someone you know you can trust and talk, also speak to your doctor if you believe you need to :luv:

also i am pretty dumb so yeah it is what it is xD

Bad psychology, too.

Your parents and other family members can give you some pretty bad models of things like that.

It can take years to make your environment better too - So then you can let go, which has its own benefits or you can choose to tackle & face those problems. Full responsibility.

In the end, having actual experiences that make your life worthwhile is the best thing.
Without experiences that our meaningful or impact us, what are we?

Being awake. That is the only time I notice any depression.

For someone who claimed they aren't a commie, You sure defend Communism pretty hard while at the same time you're doing the same things about capitalism you're claiming I do about communism.

What I described comes from the relatives in my friend's family that fled ukraine 40 years ago so they weren't sent to die in a siberian work camp for the glory of communism.

Communism is a failed idealogy that always ends with one person containing all the power while working the lower class to death under the illusion that it's for the good of everyone. You're naive and delusional if you want to argue against that fact when history shows it so vividly.

Not brain-friendly in form and permanently dissonant in content. :steamfacepalm:

I notice you didn't describe communism, it's ideals, or how it related to your religious term "capitalism." You just name dropped it and then said things which explicitly use communism as their system of government are not communist. You're still proving yourself a communist.

Actually communism would be a huge cause for depression, to bring it back on topic. Humans need not only long-term goal orientation and projects, they need to have tangible rewards or failures for those projects to feel like they have accomplished beyond day to day. going out to farm every day means nothing if you never see a reward of going to market to make ends meet.
