I had to Google "chicken strips" since I'm not up with the cool kids. I'd pick strips as they are more likely to have lean chicken meat whereas nuggets are commonly a mixture of skin, fat and other parts of a chicken blended into a solid.

Anyway, chicken strips. Why? Because you can cut the strips into chicken nugget. Whilst chicken nugget cannot become a strip.

Strips, normally, just because they're often prepared better than a serving of... nuggets. But, I assume satisfactorily prepared nuggets exist somewhere.
