My dad's work mate ask me about his iPhone 5s making overseas calls by itself just the other day. Backtracked it, seems like just a glitch/exploit in the iOS with iPhone 5S and Bluetooth. Or quite possibly your iPhone number has been spoofed and the system is calling your real number back.
ps: Siri was disabled on that iPhone, so it's not that.
I also have a iPhone 6s work phone, but that has no issues.
