Soldier of Fortune Platinum edition
Hey everyone, so I found a copy of Soldier of Fortune (the original) at a Goodwill for like 2 bucks, but when I try to install it, it gets to 76% and I get an error saying

"An error occured during the data process -106
component: Game Data Files
fule group: Game Data Files
File: pak0.pak"

Any ideas?

Not sure, but this website says something about a community edition, which might help to get it working on modern operating systems: http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Soldier_of_Fortune

Their link to the community edition seems to be old, so here's an updated one:

But, that might not have anything to do with your problem.
