Feel free to post your biggest gamng fail below or laugh at other peoples'. Mine is in Payday there is an achievement on Slaughterhouse where you have to keep the captain alive. Well, I read it as kill him, but the problem was we had no ammo or nades left. So we spend 15 minutes killing him with melees and reviving each other and eventually we kill winters. Then we escape and im wondering why i didnt get the achievement. At that moment, the Aussie knew he ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up xD.

Playing the Street Fighter V beta and losing around 15-20 games in a row against people who had five or less wins. The sound of Cammy getting defeated is forever in my brain.

And when I finally won a round (just a round not the whole match) THE SERVERS SHUT DOWN AND THE BETA ENDS.

I was playing one of the newer Pokemon games and training this Pokemon I got. And I kept training it and training it. Dang thing never evolved. After a few hours I finally decided to look it up. Stupid Pokemon needed a firestone. I ended up quitting the game cause I didn't want to restart (I missed a lot of moves/stats that could have been gained with the Firestone). Plus I couldn't really stand the whole 3D thing for Pokemon. It was just a huge fail...

What was the matter with the game being 3D? The gameplay was still the same.

anytime in a rpg were I forgot to save for a long time, and died, and then lost a few hours of progress.

In CS:S, I was getting shot at so I hid behind a knocked over table. I threw a grenade over the table hoping to blow up the enemy, but instead it blew up the table. I got shot and killed shortly after.
I guess you could say I blew my cover. Sorry for that lame pun

What was the matter with the game being 3D? The gameplay was still the same.

In the older games the 3D style was set in four directions, left right up and down. But in the newer ones the screen rotates with it. Which is really bad specifically for me because the environment is moving and I'm not. It made me very nauseous when playing the game. (Just like car sickness or sea sickness) Luckily, if I remember right, this was just for a few cities. I obviously didn't get far in the game though. Anyway, I just couldn't deal with it and that utterly failed Pokemon pushed me over the edge):
