League of Legends: Is it Possible to Refund an RP Purchase

I need to refund a purchase of RP, not an RP Purchase;

as in, $5 for RP not 975RP for some skin.

Is it possible?

Why would LoL's Number one competator on the MOBA argument have or care to reply with an answer to this, when League has a fully functioning and active forums.

Do you know how?? I went to my RP purchase history and it's there, but there is no refund button of sorts.

There is an RP refund button available for the skin i bought, but I need it for the RP not the kalista skin. Do I need to refuind the Kalista skin I bought first, and then maybe a button will appear?


I understand this is Dota country, I play it as well, but I must have an answer to this. I am in a state of trying to get this done as fast as possible.
