Can Anyone Suggest Some Decent Kids Games on Steam?

I'm looking to pick up some games for children in the 4 - 6 year old range. So far I have a few racing games that fit the bill as well as a somewhat rare copy of Skylanders on the PC but I don't really know what's available on Steam aimed at little kids and I could use some suggestions. Thanks.


EDIT: I'm not exactly sure why people think it's funny to suggest ultra violent or sex games to someone who's asking for suggestions for a 4-6 year old. Can't you just go to Reddit? Anyway I'm unsubscribing. I've also reported a few of these comments because: really? soft-core anime porn? For a 4 year old? That's less funny than you think and borderlines on sex abuse.

Outland 2, Dead Space 2, DooM, Mortal Komabt, Fallout: New Vegas (or/and 3), Shadow Warrior, The Darkness 2.
(there're a lot more kid-friendly games out there but I'm not going to tell you every single one)

It has these realy child-friendly girls with an cat tail and cat ears in it.
Your child will learn alot about cats.
For the full expierence download the 18+ patch from their offical website.
Dont worry, its called 18+ because it adds 18 minutes to the game.
The Nekopara series is very popluar amongs the youth and your kid will surley love the jokes and learn alot about cats!!
Just ignore the tags about sexuel content, those are just some silly jokes steam users put there.

I set up the steam link yesterday and I too wanted some excuses to game with my three year old daughter. Turns out she really enjoys (so far) Dust elysian tail. She can't really steer and fight as she needs both hands on the right part of the controller. But the combat is easy enough that she likes mashing the buttons to victory. She's getting the hang of directional jumping as well. It's a good start for her. Way better than Little Big Planet which appealed only a little.

I know it's an old thread, but the question is still valid. I found the following games to be good for 5-6 years old, as they are not too difficult (at least the first parts of the game) and not violent: Cogs, Drop Alive, World of Goo, NightSky, Max and the magic marker
