Seriously though, if you can't access the e-mail that the account is registered to, nor any of the other information they are asking, then you're just going to have to cut your loses on this one. This is why you need to not only keep your personal information personal (passwords, usernames...etc), but also why you should limit access to those accounts to you, the account holder.
Oh, and use passwords you'll actually remember. They do no good when they keep even the owner out.
