But the question here is why hes popular so if you have any answers just say em.

It's something That site that shall not be named and Viners latched onto, turned into something, and was worn out the instant the Fine Brothers covered it.

He is an older (now) wrestler, crap rapper, and Actor in only one sort of decent movie (Thank you so bad it's good "The Marine")

Oh. One side note. I lied.

John Cena has the most celeb "Make a Wish" visits and activities ever, by a LONG stretch. I joke about him... Dude is funny and very caring about his fellow man. Many see him as a joke, but he is honestly better than a lot of the people you think of as good people.
