Report a translation problem
edit: Games use a different refresh rate so a lot of times have to set it manually. Especially if after getting a new monitor/4k monitor, etc. If you use a 4k monitor/television as your display make sure you have the right cable. Display Port cable is for HD/4k gaming. It looks like a HDMI port but one side is angled/slanted.
Here's a photo of a Display Port cable. On the back of your computer where your video card is there might be an input. If so, use Display Port instead of HDMI for your PC:
