i cant get it to make any changes with the leds on my gpus i have the latest drivers and sli gtx 980s

Well normally it's under Nvidia GeForce Experience > My Rig > Led Visualizer

However, the Nvidia GTX 980 doesn't have Leds to customize, it just has them to glow on with power. Nothing fancy, but it's not a pretty gimmick, rather just designed for performance.
