Imagine some Western power's navy open firing on Chinese fishing boats over this, I would definitely sanction the attack, and declare it the first act of justice for animals in China.

I saw a lady who sharks instinctively knew she was there to help them.
She would dive and have an arm in a mail sleeve and take the fishing hooks out of their mouths.

some would just swim around her being curious others would go right up to her and she would take the hook out.
