Are you mentally or physically stronger?
I believe your actions form your character. Something which gains me is my buff physique, even tho being kinda weak mentally.

The unexamined life is not worth living

Let us see how one takes this as an answer

Seems that people prefer to be mentally strong as we don't really see buff people anywhere on a daily bases. Just average bodied people. I'm just going by what i see in public everyday.
That would be difficult to answer, because where do we even start to help dictate a means for a comparison? Having a good mental standing isn't just about it being a singular factor like the muscular development of the body; it encompasses a multitude of psychologically complex factors that help define the general quality of one's mental attitude (health, fortitude, intellectuality, etc.).

The two of them do not appreciate the same level of complexion that'll help produce an easily digestible answer, such as being either stronger or weaker than the other. It just doesn't really make sense to compare the two and expect a sincere answer.

Mental. Mental strength.

But i guess many do sports, mostly combat sports or some kind of bodybuilding, if they lack in that department. And to be really good in sports You need the strength in the head. Anybody can do some training, and get into shape, or into some physical form. But at a certain level it´s all decided in the head. So why to aim for physical strength in the first place if You´re not a pro sports guy? I couldn´t find a good answer to that, also it would be an insane amount of work to get there, only to pose a bit in front of the mirror, while i´m not in a super bad shape anyway...

I don't think that the two are able to be accurately measured against each other.
If it´s about certain tasks or sports it´s easy to do.
If You´re mentally weak You never push the body to it´s limits. If You´re mentally strong You go beyond that. And everybody can measure that on their own if they ask themselves if they would have been able to do more or not - from the outside it´s sometimes hard to tell, because some people look super exhausted after 5 minutes, but they keep going for much longer, while others look like super fresh, but are exhausted. In any way it´s about the mental strength, and the physical strength would be the constant, while one could work on that if that´s the goal - or to have some reserves after the task, or if it´s needed sometimes for a longer task.

It's balanced, I'd say, but much worse than what it has used to be.

People do frequently judge be by my past when I've had unbreakable will, ehen I've been doin' so well that everybody has wanted to stay by my side and be lead by me, but that's not me nowadays, and so I do consider myself as a rather weak person, both, physically and mentally.
Then again, I do have high expectations from myself and the people around me, so unless I'm surpassing the old me, I'm weak, no matter what do people say.
That being said, I'm happy for this new me as I would've hated to feel no empathy and be so overdosed with dopamine that barely anything would satisfy me.
Many people who do know me treat me with a lot more respect than I do deserve and are willing to listen to what I've got to say, no matter the situation.
I just don't understand it, you know?
Perhaps, they're so used to the past me that they haven't even thought about becoming weaker than back in the day, or it could be that they do consider me to be even stronger by making it past all the difficult obstacles that they can't even imagine going through, and very reasonably so.

Both. Neither. "Strength" in any given aspect of either can either help or hurt you.

No calculation about it? I´m disappointed. :o)

…There is something to be said about ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and not knowing their own strength. That is something that can indeed be said about me.

That being said, I'm retarded, not stupid. But I don't think I'm smart either. Other people say so, sure, but I disagree.

I do some pretty stupid ♥♥♥♥ on the regular.
Matrix movie got it right in this aspect.

Thoughts move faster than light. A body doesn't matter if you are unaware of the "program" which encapsulates this dimension. We are not here to increase our wealth nor build a career. These are just "side missions" to prolong the gameplay time.

The original quest is different. You may taught to fly F35 but it doesn't mean you comprehended the given mission while flying it. In other words, i see billions of headless people living in this world, wasting their time and energy for futile things which were made popular by Industry.

I like to pretend that I’m weak and helpless so all of the strong men can do the work for me at my job. It works all the time.

trade off sadly can't have both

i'd say mentally mostly numb to most things

physically mid at best but weaker can't even probably take a punch
