I was told at school a million years a go that people have the "fight or flight" thing engraved in them, Some people will avoid a fight and some won't, it's who we are.
I'm the type where I'm more likely to go down fighting but I'm not aggressive.
Exercise is violence, and it feels good. It is resistance, it is moving your body against someone else trying to control it.
Weights take the place of another person or persons trying to control that muscle group.
Violence is your direct will on the world.
