The same amount as my local cat shelter (yes that is true actually). I am impressed.
That's a bit much, to put it lightly.
Fwiw, even though we've got the space for it (the majority of the house is gen-pop space), it's a bit overwhelming at times, a ton of work, and certainly it's own financial burden.
I can't speak for those down the street from you, ours are all well cared for.
Many years ago the local shelter here wasn't "no kill" in regards to abandoned/feral cats, and there was a feral female that decided she was going to live in our garage, be friendly-ish with us, and pump out babies for a couple years.
As we didn't want her or any of the offspring to be destroyed, we'd take what we could in and adopted many out. What remains are the rest across a few generations (well, 13 of them are...2 we had before all that started, and 3 were brought to us after being found as abandoned kittens on the street).
When you walk past their house they have an awful stench coming from their house.

You made a few errors OP, I took the liberty of fixing it for you.
You're right they're silent killers always planning your death
I bet, that many would require a huge amount of space and tending to.
Like I said, it's a lot of work to take proper care of them.
This includes making sure it doesn't odor-bomb the neighborhood by cleaning their spaces frequently, having enough boxes, and daily litter/waste removal.
Having an air filtration and purifying system combined with that would be ideal.
Unless there's clear signs of neglect or abuse, likely so.
Animal control may be an option if it's something that should be addressed (like they're obviously not being cared for) however may destroy the animals depending on regulations and such there, ask first before going that route.
Could have the side effect of criminal charges if it's found to be a hoarding/neglect situation.
