What's up with jeans sizing? (Pants)
I got 32/32 jeans, H&M slim, snug as a glove, and soft too. I go look for jeans in the same size in same place and suddenly I'm shopping for gorilla pants?

I've heard some stores (not just H&M) upped their jeans sizes in order accommodate "bigger people" to not hurt their self esteem, since clothing sizes are known to do that to some people.

I measured my jeans in length and their 32 inches, just as the label says. You can't just change how long an inch is so why is this really even happening?

It's not just that, but all the jeans in the mens section are absolutely massive. I put them against my belt and they go over my shoe and onto the floor

The size should be the same as it is the measurement of waist inches i.e. 32 inch waist and 32 inch length. Did you measure your waist line by any chance? My first guess is perhaps you lost waist size.

Actually using a measuring tape it's supposed to be 35 (I guess?) But I have a high metabolism so I havent really gotten any bigger, my jeans still fit the same. It's really the length that makes the least sense
Why is this happening, wokeness. At least men's clothing have absolute measurements.
32x32 really ?

i used to be 34x34 but that got too tight as i need 36x36 now

It´s not exactly wokeness, if the companies want to trick the people into buying their products, because they feel better if there´s another number on the clothing. It´s basically a scam, and that it is possible means that neither the people nor the government cares about it, as else there would be a law which prevents that. But as it´s totally fine for companies to do anything for more profits - it´s rather the opposite of being woke, as else it would mean "cancel culture" and too many regulations. So it´s basically the anti-woke thing to allow companies to scam people into it, because else it would be cancel culture and woke, no?. Or did i get that wrong? Anti-woke means ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ can be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. So don´t complain about them, but celebrate them - and every trick they use to get Your money...
