Steam Games most like IMVU/Second Life? (or virtual worlds?)

Hello all, I'm just wonder what games or software on Steam that are like Second Life or IMVU (basically virtual worlds that are creative or social in nature, with a focus on avatar customization.)

I know of VRChat, but I've tried it and it seems a bit limited (there are many avatars but you can't really customize them after you get them, also the communication is voice chat only.)

I tried that, but customization wise I didn't find the character models very appealing. I actually liked Phantasy Star Online 2's visuals and customization better (although World of Warcraft might be the better MMO overall.)
