Yes they will drill through your gums into your jaw bone and put in screw cap. Then they will take the the new fake tooth with a screw on the end and screw it into the socket they just drilled into your jaw bone. They are called dental implants. And it don't hurt from what i heard they don't even numb it since it don't hurt.

My brother had a third teeth after a supposed definitive one got knocked out in a fight so maybe some peoples have genetic predispositions.
Yep. Don't you remember losing your teeth and them growing back when you were young?

Not typically. There are a few rare instances of people getting a third set of teeth later in life, but it's rare enough they're not sure if it's a form of Hyperdontia or something else.

There is current research into growing new teeth. I believe human trials have already begun.
World’s 1st drug to regrow teeth enters clinical trials video at link https://globalnews.ca/news/9984605/tooth-regrowth-drug/ I mentioned this in another topic here earlier on this year

So my brother actually got a third one and he definitely had chonky and very long teeths at first so it's prob hyperdonthia in his case, but yeah they should be able to be regrown on human with science because teeths are already relatively easy to replicate in labs i think.

Of course they numb it locally - and even then You will feel what they do. Else they could pull out teeth just so as well, as it wouldn´t hurt. But most people would prefer to get something so they don´t feel the pain. I mean to drill the hole, they need to pull out the root of the old tooth first, as it´s rarely completely gone, but instead breaks, or dies.

There's a controversial youtuber (Boogie) that got his full set done. Overall, the advise is not to rely on it because it's not entirely pleasant even if it's possible. It's best to just take care of your teeth. It's not hard or time consuming. Brush and floss in the morning and evening. Ideally with an electric toothbrush. Also, take a brush and some toothpaste with you to work in case you have something like coffee at work.

i mean, yeah you can get new teeth.
they are stupidly expensive tho
just a partial denture for my 4 front teeth cost me
around 3 thousand dollars (with dental insurance)
and they covered a good 80% of the bill

don't play around with your teeth, not only because you should take care of them,
but because it'll cost you thousands of dollars even with dental insurance

the mark up on dental care is insane
but what else you gonna do? have awful/hurting teeth?

You can either get dental implants or dentures. Your real teeth won't grow back though unless it was your baby teeth that came out.

Then I can provide no meaningful answer.

Good luck.
Just remember to brush and floss religiously, New teeth are too expensive atm.
