That would go nicely in a Chicago Dog.

There are two options: A Dutch Frikandel, or a proper Bratwurst. And that latter sausage would fit the sauerkraut much better, and with proper Sauerkraut You wouldnÂŽt need some sauce, because it was cooked with all kinds of spices, and pork - and has some kind of sauce by itself, YouÂŽd probably want to add some flour to it, to get a better consistency - but You could add BBQ sauce. With the former You would want mayonnaise and ketchup. And You can add more mustard with the rising percentage of pork meat in the actual sausage for either of the two.
That would be my approach. Or the simple hot dog:
A proper bread roll, a Bratwurst, mustard and ketchup. You always need to make sure to put as much mustard and ketchup on it, that itÂŽs impossible to eat in any civilized way...
but ill take ether or
having both is also decent
i just don't understand people who eat relish.
