Super smart genius and rich billionaire Elon Musk says "DEI must DIE"

DEI = Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Musk suggests that they are just propaganda words!

Tesla however supports DEI and even highlighted it's efforts for it back in the Impact Reports for 2022.

Does this confirm that Elon Musk is attempting to kill off his own Tesla company? That he isn't satisfied just killing off xTwitter and has a strong lust to destroy even more businesses?

Are you aware that pretty much everybody sends in dozens of applications nowadays before even getting an interview? If these are jobs you can do as a disabled person and you are qualified for them then it is irrelevant whether you are disabled or not.

And I mean there's situations where certain disabled people cannot do certain jobs. Like clearly if you are a paraplegic then you will never get a job as a roofer. Is this discrimination? Should roofing companies be forced to hire paraplegics if those paraplegics wanted to be roofers?

I know my own personal circumstances much better than you do, and believe it or not i know how the job market and my place in it works. And believe it or not, i never claimed that a parapalaegic should roof.

Because we live in a world of people constantly making excuses for themselves both for things within and outside of their control.
Many just as often say "Oh I didn't get hired because I was _____" but there's no way of knowing what the interviewer was actually thinking they are just assuming that is what they were thinking.

The fact is that job interviews are absolute BS for everyone. There's about a million irrelevant things that could cost you the job during the interview, anything from not "clicking" with the interviewer to the interviewer literally just having a bad day.
Nobody likes getting rejected, but we gotta just keep pushing forward.

Is your disability actually relevant to the job? Are you actually required to disclose it? Genuine questions.

It can be relevant to the job. And at times i do have to disclose it. And those times it *has* counted against me even though its illegal to do so. Believe me or not, i do not care. There have absolutely been times where it *should* not count against me and it does, and times it should count against me and it has, and times it has. You are free to believe i'm lying. To get needed things that make it so i can do the job, (accomidations that are legally required) i have had to disclose. And once again, i'm, not saying its always the case. I'd say 9/10 its not.

You are free to believe i'm making excuses the 1/10 times. I just am saying that with my experiences with this, i'm not ready to condemn DEI as a concept. You take care, i'm checking out this thread. I've got other things to do tonight.

I couldn't even understand the point of your post related to the topic, till the last one, which is confused about what is "Free Speech" vs "Hate Speech".

It's assuming they are censoring what is really going on...

The EU is actually investigating Elon Musk's X over the possible spread of terrorist and violent content, and hate speech, after Hamas' attack on Israel.

If you have a very short term memory lost like Trump supporters also did, Elon Musk went out of his own way to promote antisemitism content upon a "Hitler was right" topic related to the "Replacement theory" being and I quote Elon Musk himself "You have said the actual truth".

xTwitter has already said had removed hundreds of Hamas-affiliated accounts from the platform. Elon Musk did that censorship himself... it's not what the investigating is actually about.

As for what is the disinformation part, xTwitter had fake and manipulated images and video clips even from computer games, such as Arma 3, being used as so-called 'facts' about the war.
