Perhaps I should have included this in the statement as well:
The director, which is only one position, is a man who is half black. He's one of the producers, along side Angel Lopez, Eddie Vaisman, Rita Walsh. Distributed by Universal Studios and another company owned by Comcast. So... out of all of that, dozens of people involved, one is half black. Just one. And only half. Is that all it takes to get a pass?
Completely, in fact. I won't get into who is seen as more dangerous and to be avoided when made to feel uncomfortable. But everybody knows.
