Abortion is legal in Arizona up to 15 weeks of pregnancy, though litigation in state courts over conflicting state laws is ongoing.[13]
Patients must meet with a physician at least 24 hours before the procedure, and a licensed physician must perform the procedure. Minors under the age of 18 must receive parental consent.[14]
A total abortion ban was passed by the Arizona Territory legislature in 1864 that was invalidated by Roe. A 15-week ban trigger law was passed in Arizona in 2022. However, after the Dobbs decision was handed down later that year, there was confusion over which of the two laws should go into effect: Governor Doug Ducey backed the 15-week ban, while Attorney General Mark Brnovich held that the older total ban should be operative. In December 2022, a state appeals court ruled that the 2022 law should take precedence, as 50 years of post-Roe regulations had invalidated the 1864 law, and allowed abortions up to 15 weeks to resume in the state.[15] Meanwhile, the 2022 Arizona elections resulted in the election of Governor Katie Hobbs and Attorney General Kris Mayes, both of whom support abortion rights; Mayes refused to defend either law in the ongoing litigation before the Arizona Supreme Court, leaving various legislators and pro-life groups jockeying to take up the defense.[13][16][17] In August 2023, the state supreme court agreed to review the lower court's ruling.[18]
In July 2023, Hobbs issued an executive order stripping local prosecutors of their ability to file prosecutions over the 15-week ban or (if it's revived in court) the 1864 ban, and assigning that power to Mayes, who in turn stated that she had no intention of ever filing such prosecutions.

Abortion is illegal in Arkansas, [bold] with an exception for abortions necessary to save the life of the pregnant individual;[/bold] there are no exceptions for rape, incest, or fatal fetal abnormalities.[21][22]
Doctors determined to have performed an abortion face up to 10 years in prison and fines up to $100,000
end of wiki bit.
10 years for the doctor, does the patient get any time and are there circumstances that may stop them getting charged ie they were forced to have an abortion?
Keep talking your the one blasting anybody who disagrees with you with one brush.
Ouch I hit the nerve, sorry
Abortion is legal in California up to the point of fetal viability.
Nurse-midwives and other non-physician medical personnel with proper training may perform abortion procedures. Public universities are required by law to provide Mifepristone at no cost to students. California does not require a minor to notify a parent or guardian in order to obtain an abortion.[14] In November 2022, California voters passed Proposition 1, enshrining the right to abortion and contraception in the state constitution.
Carry on .
7 only have restrictions. Two of which have a hard 15 weeks. One of which has an 18 weeks(but a trigger law on a total ban is set to go). Two that have a 12 week, and the rest are 6.
Of the remaining 14 states that have either an outright ban or heavy restrictions. Only one is labeled to have a rape/incest exception. This exception can only be applied within the first 6 weeks.
to end a human life is murder.
murder is wrong.
to do abortion cause want to do study/work/cannot afford
= murder with financial motive
to fo abortion cause you were raped
= murder with emotiinal motive
to do abotion cause "you want to bounded yet"
= murder with personal motive
no matter the motive, murder is wrong. and thus abortion is wrong.
yes boss over own belly but not the belly of that unborn child or amy other part of it.
-that baby is innocent.. even if it was made by rape (which in the vast mayority of abortion cases is not the case) it deserves not to be killed for a crime it has no blame for.
the way people dehumanise unborn babys "it is not life yet"
to talk themselves into ripping it to pieces..
is the same kind of dehumanising as naxi did to murder jews in gaschamers
"they are less than humans"
and the horror is the same too.
the door of an abortion clinic and the gates of suswich sre symbols ofvyhe same evil horror.
and it is sickening one of them is still seem as normal in todays society.
this is not about the rights of woman.. this is about protecting those who cant raise their own voice yet against thise who want to murder them.
Abortion is legal in Colorado at all stages of pregnancy. Minors' parents or legal guardians must receive notice before the procedure.[14]
In 2008, Kristine and Michael Burton of Colorado for Equal Rights proposed Colorado Amendment 48, an initiative to amend the definition of a person to "any human being from the moment of fertilization."[25][26] On November 4, 2008, the initiative was turned down by 73.2 percent of the voters.[27]
The state passed the Reproductive Health Equity Act into law in April 2022, which protects abortion rights and assures "every individual has a fundamental right to make decisions about the individual's reproductive health care, including the fundamental right to use or refuse contraception; a pregnant individual has a fundamental right to continue a pregnancy and give birth or to have an abortion and to make decisions about how to exercise that right; and a fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus does not have independent or derivative rights under the laws of the state."

Interesting how different states have such different laws.
I assume America has many different laws for different states so an American can choose which state suits their way of life.
That is quite a free country and rings to the 'pursuit of happiness' .
I am sure there are many Americans who disagree with that statement i just made just how it looks to me.
You'll find that right-wingers tend to feel like it's their moral duty to make a change, whereas left-wingers give their responsibilities over to Big Daddy Government. So Foster Programs or Group Home Programs are very often heavily funded by religious groups or other charities that are primarily donated to by Right-wingers. Yes, they share funding with the government but really it's up to the person to decide can a private company do it better then the government.
And with the government one has to realize Democrats created these programs to control people, so there's very much a white-supremacy and dirty element to their government charity.
Abortion is legal in Connecticut up to the point of fetal viability, or after that if necessary to preserve the life or health (including mental health) of the pregnant individual.[29][30] Connecticut does not require a minor to notify a parent or guardian in order to obtain an abortion.[31]
The 1821 abortion law of Connecticut was the first known law passed in the United States to restrict abortion. Although this law did not completely outlaw abortions, it placed heavier restrictions as it prevented people from attempting or receiving abortions, which was generally through the consumption of poison, during the first four months of a pregnancy.
Fetal viability :
Fetal viability is the ability of a human fetus to survive outside the uterus. Medical viability is generally considered to be between 23 and 24 weeks gestational age.[1][2] Viability depends upon factors such as birth weight, gestational age, and the availability of advanced medical care. In low-income countries, half of newborns born at or below 32 weeks gestational age died due to a lack of medical access; in high-income countries, the vast majority of newborns born above 24 weeks gestational age survive.[3]
As of 2022, the world record for the lowest gestational age newborn to survive is held by Curtis Zy-Keith Means, who was born on 5 July 2020 in the United States, at 21 weeks and 1 day gestational age, weighing 420 grams.

I added the fetal viability from another wiki page.
