Probably since I was created. I had tube down my esophagus, and been on this red koolaid water. I keep falling asslep in it.
or get :
1 liter full fat milk
0.5l whipping creeam
2g nutmegpowdee
20gram dutch cookie spices
100 gram van houten cocoa powder
200 gram fine (70% cocoa content) pure chocolate (lindt or callenbsum are hood brands)
0.05l amaretto (disarono is good but use better brand if you have it)
toss milk in pan, bring to a boil.
toss cocoa powder and cookie spices in bowl
add about 3/4 of your whipping cream to the powdee in small doses stirring so you get a smooth paste
whe the milk boils turn downheat.. add your paste, the chocolate and your ametto..
dont let it boil again.. just heat it so the chocolate can melt... and most the alcohol evaporates..
toss the remainder of your cream in a clean bowl, add the nutmeg, mix anf whip.
serve the chocolatemilk with a but of this nutmeg-whipping cream.
yea it haa no sugar.. it is has some sweetness from the amaretto thats all it needs.

But as far as chocolate milk goes - i haven´t had one which came close. At least not one which You can buy and drink directly without preparation - else i bought something in kind of the U.S. which was named Swiss Miss and had marshmallow thingies in it - prepared with milk it´s also nice, while for some reason they recommend water on the package. And of course they have a lot more ingredients. E this and E that. If i had the choice i would always get chocomel though. Some Belgian drink chocolate was also good, but quite expensive. Quality wise perhaps the best, as it doesn´t contain added artificial flavor - i guess...
if you cannot find nutricia chocomel..
than just putting milk in the microwave till its hot
and tossing some callebaut chocolate in it works well too;)
only ofcourse quality chocolate is also not everywhere to get.
It has the right balance of fats, sugars and protein needed for replenishing your exhausted muscles and significantly aids in exercise recovery, if you workout or go for jogs/runs quite a bit.
