Its from The Bible. The story tells about the sign of the beast. And according to prophecy, the beast will come from the earth.
So, if you call yourself "beast," people make that association, and you automatically become the anti-Christ.

It was never the number of Satan or the Anti-Christ, that's more likely to be assumed as '999' or rather a merging of both '666' and '999' with the tails going in both directions. As it's a mirror image of man being corrupted.

Over-analysing it even deeper...

There's the number "616", translated from χιϛ or χιϲ Arabic numerals is not "666".

There also is more than one 'beast', rather everything is in sets of 3. Hense the three numbers as well.

The first beast (interpreted as the Antichrist) rises "out of the sea" and is given authority and power by the dragon (note that dragons in the bible are rough translations which description meets more of that of a dinosaur, not flying around but rather huge sea monsters).

The second beast (later known as the false prophet) comes "out of the earth" and forces everyone on earth to worship the first beast.

Then the third beast "reigns over the kings of the earth" and also given great "power and great authority".

Sometimes I think social media and just the constant looking at screens as "the beast". I once saw the eyes of a red serpent watching me from the pc screen. It's eyes moved with my eyes. I can't go into detail over it because of the substances involved but I think it's maybe a balance issue in the end. It's hard for me to word.. Too much screen ego in the world and not enough seeing past it.

As much as I don't like "Poverty Porn Monetization" thing, he is still doing good things for people, a lot more than the people that complain about him are. :cleanseal:

If you can profit while making people's lives better, that sounds like a win-win to me.

The antichrist would be closer to someone like Jeff Bezos or a communist dictator. :MMForFun:

What he is doing is perfectly fine.

Sure, he earns money off these videos but he also spends the money on larger projects to help people PLUS finances himself a good life.

"antichrist" is a relatively recent invention. If you go back and read the scriptures it actually says ante- not anti- christ. Ante means before. So the one that comes before Christ or the one infront of Christ. But who cares.

To me - 666 (number of the beast) means the percentage of people that are NPCs. 66.6%. Lack of empathy may be sign of such a beast. On the flip-side "Christ-consciousness" is known to be a state of mind where individual recognizes that all beings are part of the same, one being and in other words its a very strong empathic connection. So I can still see how these 2 states may be seen as antonyms.
