I remember reading about E3 in nintendo power and game informer as a kid, I didn't really keep up with it after that tho, still that makes me kinda sad.

it stopped being useful years ago.... if it ever was.

Maybe a bitt ignorant, but this is no different then hearing announcment from different PC magazine and pc website without the extra flash and sheese from stage.
