You have to buy a DLC and also figure out the secret code that you have to input to activate its real contents because without the secret code the dlc looks like the same as the base game

This is like an Elder Scrolls game you see the main quest doesn't matter because it's boring the true game is the freeroam, no need to complete it only if you are content with your run is what matter.
